The composite structure ensures an unprecedented Mechanical Loss Factor (MLF) of up to 0.8 while remaining remarkably light—even with the heavy membrane, it is still lighter than water. This material delivers heavy-duty, multi-stage noise suppression without sacrificing vehicle performance, ensuring the quietest possible cabin environment.

Electra 9.0 utilizes the revolutionary AeroSphere Reinforced Mastic combined with an internal noise insulation heavy membrane for layered acoustic performance. It maintains the high adhesion (> 10.5 N/cm), 100% corrosion protection, and zero-odor guarantee of the entire Electra line. The material is stable and effective across a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +90°C.
