DrARTEX Lace (05 mm) is a high-performance, specialized 5.0 mm thick acoustic foam designed primarily as a sound absorber. Its construction features a short-chain formed liquid polymer saturated polyurethane foam, often referred to as latex impregnation. This treatment extends its acoustic qualities to work effectively across a wide range of frequencies, making it highly efficient at eliminating standing waves, reducing echo, and improving overall sound clarity within the cabin.

Since this material is a foam absorber and not a dense butyl-based layer, its primary function is not to block or protect metal surfaces.
