Lace Expert

DrARTEX Lace Expert (18 mm) is an improved, professional-grade acoustic foam, representing the pinnacle of the Lace series. At a robust 18.0 mm thick, it retains the short-chain formed liquid polymer saturated polyurethane foam (latex impregnation) composition. The “Expert” model features a significantly enhanced damping factor at low and medium frequencies (up to 3000 Hz) compared to the standard Lace models, making it far more effective at neutralizing the most challenging resonance and noise issues inside the cabin. It also features an improved texture and color for a more pleasant finish.

This top-tier material excels at converting a wide spectrum of sound energy into heat, particularly targeting and eliminating complex standing waves and reverb that degrade audio quality. Its extreme thickness and latex-treated structure offer exceptional performance in both sound absorption and thermal insulation. Despite its substantial size, it maintains high flexibility, allowing it to be compressed and installed tightly into complex door cavities and behind interior panels, ensuring maximum surface contact and acoustic efficiency.
