Baffle Plus Integra

DrARTEX Baffle Plus Integra is a high-performance 6.5 mm thick sound and heat insulator. It utilizes an advanced Five-Layer Structure that incorporates an internal Noise Insulation Heavy Membrane for superior acoustic performance, delivering at least 6 dB higher sound reduction compared to the standard Baffle Plus. This multi-layer design effectively blocks airborne noise while providing crucial thermal stability.

Integrated Multi-Layer Protection

Details

Designed for the most noise-sensitive areas, Integra’s unique composite construction makes it slightly heavier than Baffle Plus (3.9 kg/m² vs 1.4 kg/m²) but provides a massive boost in sound isolation. It maintains high structural stability with a melting point of 140°C and is completely waterproof, ensuring its integrity in harsh, high-moisture environments like door cavities and under-carpet areas.

Installation

Advanced Noise Control. The integrated heavy membrane dramatically enhances noise reflection and acoustic sealing, making it ideal for combating the residual high-frequency road and wind noise after initial vibration damping.

Materials

Baffle Plus Integra consists of a non-woven fabric layer, a heavy noise insulation membrane, flexible foamed resin, and a synthetic butyl rubber adhesive layer. This durable construction is stable and effective from -40°C to +90°C, and the high elasticity of the material ensures easy, wrinkle-free application on complex curved surfaces. Adhesion strength is over 5 N/cm.
